Florida Vehicular Homicide Case Leads to Fugitive Warrant Filed by San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office

District Attorney Ron Freitas and the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office, filed a petition for a fugitive warrant against Harjinder Singh in connection with a Florida vehicular homicide case. Singh agreed to waive extradition and is currently in custody at the San Joaquin County Jail awaiting transport by Florida authorities.

“Public safety depends on strong collaboration between states,” said District Attorney Ron Freitas. “Our office has fulfilled its role in this matter, and Harjinder Singh will now face consequences in Florida.”
